Everyone has experienced a bit of Tinnitus from time to time. Usually the ringing sound only lasts a moment or so and then quickly dies away.
For those of us who suffer the constant ringing, it’s a different story. It can drive you crazy at times and worst of all, it can be very depressing.
It is no wonder that doctors love to give out anti depressants to Tinnitus sufferers.
I for one, don’t want to be stuffing pills into my body for the rest of my life and then suffering all the side effects and other health issues that they cause.
Tinnitus is a symptom of other health issues in your body and tackling those is the real battle. Just trying to stop the buzzing in the ears is doomed to failure.
I believe in a more holistic approach to treating this horrendous condition when trying to get rid of the agonizing ringing and weird sounds that make life hell. The only way to succeed in the battle is to learn how listen to your own body and correctly diagnosing your specific causes of Tinnitus.
There are lots of products, tips and opinions on the web on how to cope with the noise and what you can do about it. You will have to decide what advice works and what doesn’t. My own recommendation is that you read this book.
Wishing you a quiet life,
